Serbia and Cameroon draw 3-3.

At the Al Janoub Stadium on Monday, Cameroon and Serbia played to a 3-3 draw to maintain their chances of competing in the FIFA World Cup 2022. When Vincent Aboubakar entered the game as a substitute in the 55th minute, the African nation was down 1-3. He chipped the Serbia goalkeeper in order to score Cameroon's second goal.
A few minutes later, he served up an exquisite assist for teammate Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, who drove it in from close range. Serbia led 3-1 thanks to an early second-half goal from Aleksandar Mitrovic. After Jean-Charles Castelletto broke the tie in the opening 30 minutes, Serbia battled back from being behind.
Serbia took a 2-1 lead into halftime thanks to outstanding efforts from Strahinja Pavlovic and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic in stoppage time. On the other side, Serbia's great striker Mitrovic also almost scored three times in the opening period. The first attempt was blocked by a post, and the second narrowly missed the mark. At the end of regulation, he nearly scored again, but the goalkeeper of Cameroon blocked his strike.
