Despite the fact that Manchester City is the league's top team, Gary Neville predicts that Arsenal will still win the title.

This past weekend marked the conclusion of the first half of the Premier League season before the World Cup break; going into the six-week break, Arsenal leads Manchester City by five points, while Chelsea and Manchester United behind Newcastle and Tottenham in the race for Champions League spots.
I'm going to stick with my prediction from last week that Manchester City will win the championship by a margin of 15 points.
Nevertheless, Arsenal is making me doubt that. They have been outstanding; they are the shining example of these first 14 games. We want a title fight, we want the Premier League to be competitive, and we don't want one team to win it all the time.
When they played Crystal Palace on that Friday night in August, it was their very first game of the year, and the first 25 minutes were explosive between those front guys. They actually kept it up the entire time. They play fantastic football and have a strong sense of community.
I appreciate that [Gabriel] Jesus won't score 25 goals. Without having players who scored that many goals, United won crowns quite a few times. That wasn't, in my opinion, a predictor of success in a championship.
Do not misunderstand; it did occur occasionally. We had players like [Ruud] van Nistelrooy, [Dwight] Yorke, [Andy] Cole, or [Wayne] Rooney; it actually occurred. However, the squad was usually better even when players didn't reach 15 goals.
