Croatia defeats Brazil on penalties to qualify for the semi-finals of FIFA WC 2022

Croatia defeated Brazil on penalties to go to the semi-finals in one of the tournament's most dramatic finishes ever.
Croatia did a fantastic job of neutralizing that potent Brazil attacking squad in the first half. Although Neymar and Vinicius had the opportunity to give their team the advantage, their final results fell short and ended goalless before halftime.
Both teams were unable to break the tie, even in the second half, which resulted in extra time. Halfway through the additional time,, Neymar broke the tie and gave Brazil the advantage. The joy, however, didn't last long as Bruno Petkovic scored the equalizer with three minutes left on the clock. Rodrygo missed the first penalty for Brazil, Marquihos missed the winning shot, and Croatia converted all of their shots to win 4-2.
