Argentina declares a national holiday to celebrate the FIFA World Cup 2022 victory on Tuesday.

Tuesday is a national holiday in Argentina so that the entire country may celebrate with Lionel Messi and company as they hoist the FIFA World Cup 2022 trophy.
In the FIFA World Cup 2022 championship match, Argentina narrowly defeated France, and Lionel Messi took home his lone remaining prize for his illustrious career. Argentina and France played to a 2-2 draw during regulation time and a 3-3 tie during extra time in a closely contested summit match at the Lusail Stadium in Qatar. Emiliano Martinez, the goalie, was at his best only during the penalty shootout, which Argentina won 4-2 in.
Now that Tuesday has been declared a holiday in Argentina, it appears that Messi will be able to celebrate with the entire nation in Buenos Aires at the Obelisk. This will allow the entire population to join in on the celebration with the national team players.
